First two films announcements for May via The Extras Podcast:
Jerry Beck also joined George and Tim to announce Looney Tunes: Collector's Choice (Volume 1).
- Border Incident (1949)
- Clash By Night (1952)
The rest of the May slate will be announced in a future episode of The Extras.
Based on this podcast, I think “Clash by Night” is coming soon on Blu-ray.
Yup, but it could be Border Incident. Both titles will make this Noir buff very happy.
??? They announced three titles in May with more May titles to be announced later on.Hoping for more

Beanstalk Bunny and Catch As Cats Can are the two that Jerry Beck mentioned on the podcast.Looney Tunes: Collector's Choice (Volume 1)
I'm gonna need to see what shorts they have planned for that and how many per release.... but the Vol 1 gives me hope that maybe some true hidden gems may finally arive![]()
3rd times a charm, Maybe we could get Lumber Jack-Rabbit is a 1953 3-D in it's proper aspect ratio and DEPTH. come on it's their only 3D cartoon in the LT/MM group,Beanstalk Bunny and Catch As Cats Can are the two that Jerry Beck mentioned on the podcast.

Or is that something that you think they would save for a possible future 3D Feature release as one of the bonus features because WB still has some wanted 3D titles that have yet to a 3D BD release.
Both DVDs are mediocre at best. These Blu-rays will be a significant upgrade unlike some prior Blu-ray releases of films in which the previously released DVDs were really good too, but at 480p.I'm not sensing much enthusiasm for Border Incident or Clash by Night, both worthy but not top tier, although the latter will appeal to Stanwyck or Monroe completists. I'm in no hurry to upgrade these but have been buying other WA titles recently. Interesting that they are MGM and RKO titles though.
I can't speak about The Cisco Kid but I have the other five titles, and I can assure you that you've chosen well: five really good discs. As most of you probably already know, movie zyng is having a sale on many Warner Archive titles. These are the titles I picked up today that I've never seen before: Million Dollar Mermaid, Moonfleet, Ride the High Country, and Summer Stock. The two titles I've already seen that I got are Night Moves and The Frisco Kid, both of which I like quite a bit.
