I'm sure someone has mentioned it before, but the bass in "The War of the Worlds" is just awesome. In the first part of the movie when the earth starts to break apart and the buildings fall the bass is so good it knocked two pictures and a shelf off my walls. I thought my wife was going to have a heart attack. Several times in the movie I had to turn the volume down because the bass was so good.

Thanks for the tip, Dave. We’re converting a useless wet bar into an equipment rack next year, with four 12” subs built-in. I’ll be sure and wait until it’s done before I rent that one.
