Anyone know where I can get my hands on an Avia disk around the Edmonton area? What about where to download mp3 tones and sweeps?

I made a page with links to sine waves and generators and files that may help you out.
I actually use "WinISD"'s tone generator and just output the signal from my PC. It takes too long to use tones on a disc and remember which one's playing and write it down.
All I do is output the signal from a pc, look at the reading and type the number on Excel to be graphed. I like to move the mic around sometimes when I notice dips/peaks.
