Uh....

What kind of size restrictions do you have? Ambient light? How big a picture? Are you willing to do HTPC too?

There are lots of options, that's a relatively low price for FP, but it can definitely be done.

A digital would probably fit the bill.

If you are willing, a FP CRT would be killer in that pricerange though, especially fed via HTPC. Line doubled(progressive scan) with a transcoder would probably be great too.
