I have a new Sony 57WV600 for almost two weeks now, with it running about 10 hours a day. The convergence seems to wander on all zoom modes(Full, Normal, Zoom, Wide Zoom) on a daily basis. When should I expect the convergence to stabilize? Or is there a problem?

I have the KP-65WV700 and the stability of convergence is amazing.
I did two very slight touch-ups of convergence in the first week.
In the last 1.5 weeks no convergence necessary.

Something must be wrong with the set.

I have last year's KP57HW40, have never had to do any manual convergence, only hit the flash focus button once a month for giggles as it never really needs it.

I'd concur that there may be something wrong with your individual set.

I seem to be experiencing the same thing. My 57WV600 is less than 8 hours old. I've had to flash Focus at least twice since I got it. I noticed that I had to do the same for the store demo as well.

Christ...I just returned a 57HW40 becuae of the flicker problem, now this? I am so frustrated with flawed Sony TVs. Anyone else care to comment?
