I received the December issue of Home Theater magazine today. The 52tx review is positive but a bit vague and a little sketchy with the facts. For example they mention that the 52tx has "dual Motorola 48-bit chips". From what I understand, the 52tx has only one chip (please correct me if I'm wrong on this)?? They also note that the 52tx gets the "standard version of MCACC, which sets speaker size, level and delay" - no mention of EQ. Other info - "audio performance that stands out from the $1000 competition", "As strong with music as it is with movies", "Warm dynamic sound that you'd expect from Pioneer Elite".

Did HT Mag measure the output of the 52TX with 5-channels or 7-channels driven?

I just got the Dec. issue of HT. I haven't read the article yet, but they have a picture of the wrong remote. They have a picture of the 54TX remote. A professional magazine like this should have caught that before going to print.
