1) "Wardrobe malfunction" - Janet Jackson, excuse for her Superbowl halftime stunt

2) "Deliberate creative decisions" - unnamed Lucasfilm representative, excuse for the botched Star Wars DVD

3) "Taking multiple bites at the apple" - unnamed Miramax executive, excuse for double- and triple-dipping on titles such as Kill Bill

4) "2-D is dead" - Michael Eisner, excuse for shutting down Disney's traditional feature animation department

5) "CATWOMAN" - Warner Bros, excuse to have Halle Berry prance around in a leather dominatrix outfit

6) "I have no professional training" - William Hung, excuse for his atrocious performance on American Idol

NOTE: "There's a war on; bad things happen" and "You go to war with the army you have, not the army you might want or wish to have" are excluded due to forum guidelines.

Nice to see you slipped them in though. :)

4) "2-D is dead" - Michael Eisner, excuse for shutting down Disney's traditional feature animation department

I didn't even know that happened last year. :b 2-D is dead for Disney because they haven't had a good story in ages.

Runner up has to be the Wardrobe Malfunction
