Hi. Can anyone explain this and how to deal with this better???

When I play music through my Onkyo receiver, which connects to a Sonos Connect, the appropriate volume level is near 0.0 db. But when I watch the TV/Roku, the appropriate volume is closer to -25 db to -30 db.

So, if I forget to drop the volume down after listening to music, I end up blowing out my ears when switching to the TV. It's not exactly that bad, but you get the idea.

Is there a way to "fix" the variance between the music and the TV???

Many thanks!

The Sonos appears to have a volume control on it. I don't know how it works with the different outputs or which output you are using, but you might just need to increase the volume on the Sonos until it matches the TV.
