Vizio E70u-D3 and Denon AVR-S960H (1 Viewer)

I have Vizio E70u-D3 TV. I'm using a Denon AVR-S960H receiver for sound & speakers. It all works fine when I use my Direct TV cable box. But when I switch to Smartcast and watch Netflix, the sound only comes from the TV. I worked with Vizio and they said my configuration was correct. Vizio HDMI 1 (ARC) to Denon Monitor2. I tried Monitor1 (ARC) it didn't work either. Do you think I need a different HDMI cable? Thanks

Check your tv's audio settings. Its more likely than not that its not setup for ARC-CEC.

Thanks for your reply. I checked my Vizio audio settings and CEC was already enabled. I also bought a new cable, that didn't fix the problem either.
