Video capture question (1 Viewer)

I'd like to get into transfering VHS to my PC to run them off to DVD or VideoCD's.

What would be one of the better capture devices to use? I don't want to spend a huge sum (say less than $200) but want to get something that's going to give fairly good results.

Over in the AVS forums, the Prolink PixelView XCapture card seems to be well liked and is a very good price. Don't have any experience yet but I'm looking at components to build my first HTPC.

Great price, but no audio inputs, RCA or otherwise. :frowning:

Most sound cards have audio in capabiity (even my c-media audio on my Asus MB has Toslink audio-in connections). So don't need it on a capture card too. The one thing I do know is that I don't wan't a tv tuner inside my PC. If I wanted to tune over the air tv, a cheap vcr has a tuner that can be used and just capture the result (composite/s-video plus audio of course).
