Celestia
This is one of the best solar system simulators I've seen. It has all the planets and major satellites, plus a lot of minor ones, all in full 3D, with some pretty good texture work (and there are very detailed add-on textures available). Not only that, it plots the positions of several of the stars in our region of the galaxy. I'm not sure what the number included with the program is, but it's at least several hundred thousand. There is an addon I downloaded that adds 2 million more. There are also a few galaxies included, and everything is to scale. I've seen an addon for and additional 800 or so galaxies, but haven't tried it. There are even several space probes included (Galileo) as well as the ISS, Hubble, and the Mir.
