Best steak I ever had.

While I enjoyed Delmonico's on my trip in February, I tried Blackstone's Steakhouse at the Monte Carlo on my trip in November and enjoyed it much more than Delmonico's.
What floors me though is the LV locals voted Outback steakhouse the best steakhouse in Las Vegas according to their daily rag. I'm planning on trying the Ranch Steakhouse on the top floor of Binions on my trip in January.

We did hang out at the Shadow Bar in Vegas, but I can't remember what hotel it was in.

Rain at the Palms is the one my wife went to while she was out on business. She was mighty impressed with it.
