VCD Photoalbum Software? (1 Viewer)

Could anyone please recommend any software that i can create a Photoalbum/Slideshow with sound on VCD?

I know they exist but just don't know any names.

Two good programs are:
Ulead DVD Picture Show Imaging Suite (burns to CD also, I'm cosidering this one for myself)

Flip Album has the advantage of great album format

Most of these programs have free trial downloads so it is easy to check out which might best meet your needs.
I'm sure there are others, but this might get you started.
