I am making some Jon Risch's twisted pair interconnects using 89259 & 1506A terminated with vampire 9X CB RCA's ( if I can figure out how they work). Has anyone used these and can tell me in detail where to connect the wires and where to soler the connections?

    Thanks.

The Vampire connectors I've used (4X and 5X) require the center pin soldered and with the multiple pieces that screw on use compression for the negative or shield. One basically lets a little of the shield (or wire for other type of wire) hang over one piece while the other (lower piece) gets screwed up over it to make the connection. 89259 by itself uses the 5x size.
