    Gamespot gave it an 8.2

I would be interested in picking it up, but the screenshots have me worried.

The onscreen display (showing speed, time, damage etc) is truly terrible looking. It is way too close to the center of the screen. Especially the big red or yellow boxes that show what I assume is damaged parts of the car.

Is there any way to turn off any (or preferably all) of the info displayed on the screen??

Some of the screenshots at gamespot show all the info turned off, but I am not sure if that was done when you are racing or during a replay...

jeff.. I got the game the other day, and havent really been able to spend as much time with it as i would like, but it is really fun, and yes you can turn off any of the gauges you want (or of course all of them if you want since that is what you were asking.) Well worth the money from what i have played so far. [IMG] [IMG]
