I am new to this forum and would like to say hello.

I would like to use one of my Kicker Subs from my car for my Home audio System. I would like to build my own box from scratch.

    1. Can I do This?

    2. Will the Sub work well for what I want it to do.

    3. Do I need to install a Crossover on the sub or will my Technics Reciever be able to push the sub?

    4. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in Advance

Probley not the best choice but something (Might) be able to be designed around it to offer decent performance.

Try posting your question in the DYI area and post size of the driver, (driver parameters), (what your looking for as far as bass), along with your room size. These are needed in order to do/tell anything!
