Using Monster Superflat mini speaker with Martin Logan SL3 (1 Viewer)

Would using Monster cable superflat mini speaker cables with Martin Logan SL3 be harmful? Could a smaller gauger cable damage the speakers?

The speaker cable length would be 25ft. I think the Monster superflat mini is about 16 gauge.

What is the nominal impedance of the speaker? 16 will be pushing it if it is anything less than 8 Ohm. It won't necessarily damage the speaker, but it will affect the sound.

The speakers are 4 ohms. What if I double up on the wire?

The minimum impedance of the SL3 is 1.5 ohm. Granted, it's at 20 KHz.
