Using a power conditioner/surge protector after a step-down transformer (1 Viewer)

My whole HT setup runs is 110V and I run everything off the Monster Power HTS2000 surge protector/power conditioner bar. However, I need to return home to a 240V country. I will then need to have a step-down transformer.
My question is does it make sense to use my HTS2000 after the step-down transformer? Or does it make more sense to get a 240V surge protector and use it before the transformer?
