For that price point, I might as well wait another five weeks for the 4K/UHD release at the same MSRP on February 4th.

I need to correct myself because the MSRP for Wicked (4K/UHD) is $39.99. The sale price at retailers including Amazon is $29.99.

Not a Blu-ray but, you can watch it streaming in 3D.

Watched the digital release last evening.

We had watched the Broadway show in the past two years, but not the movie, so the plot was still fresh in our minds.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the film. It was exceptionally well-executed, although there was a significant amount of padding added. It appeared that the story remained faithful to the Broadway show, with a few changes.

As far as I can tell, no, it doesn't port over to iTunes in 4K. I don't have a 4K display, but 4K titles do show up on my menu screen and Wicked isn't one of them. Just HD.
