Universal will begin to distribute USA Films' releases on video and DVD, beginning with Gosford Park, scheduled for release in May.

Looks like the Orgazmo SE coming next month will be one of USAHE's last releases (if not the last). What a release to go out on. [IMG]

This isn't surprising since Universal bought out USA Films a few weeks ago. Hopefully Universal will re-release a few of their titles in better editions to DVD (say like an unrated version of Cherry Falls).

I wonder what this means for future licensing to Criterion - since USA Films had recently licensed out In The Mood For Love and the upcoming Traffic.
Does Universal still license out to Criterion?
