Hey Gang!

Click on the link below my signature

and you will be taken to my DVD PROFILER

online list.

The problem I have is that there are many

titles on the list that resides on my hard

drive that do not appear on my recently uploaded

list.

For instance, I have the Japanese Import of

LEON and the domestic version. Although these

clearly show up on my hard drive Profiler, they

are ommited from my upload.

This is also the case for an import version

of EDWARD SCISSORHANDS. The domestic shows

up, but not the Japanese import.

I am sure there are other titles that I have

that are not showing up.

Any suggestions why?

Ron, in DVD Profiler, go to Tools -> Options, then click on the Parental Control tab. Make sure the circle in front of "Allow adult titles" is filled, and make sure the boxes in front of "hide adult titles in online listing" and "hide adult titles in collection at startup" are not checked. For some reason, DVD Profiler counts anything that is not rated as an adult title, so if those 2 boxes are check, none of your unrated discs will be shown in your online list, i.e. TV boxsets and any NR discs.

Scott,

Thanks for the help, but unfortunately, no go!

The adult settings already are as follows:

ALLOW ADULT TITLES and with NONE of the HIDE

boxes checked.

Just did a REFRESH and a PROFILER UPLOAD.

There are still titles not showing up in

the UPLOADED webpage that are on my physical

hard drive copy of Profiler.

How did you enter the dvd's that aren't showing up? Are they special in that you had to create them yourself? Hard to say, but possibly if they are titles that are not available in the online profiler database, you can't upload, maybe?

I'll go play with my profiler and see what I can see.

Ron, you also have to set the adult option in the online preferences at the website.
1. http://www.dvdprofiler.com
2. "My Profiler" link
3. "my collection" link
4. log in
5. "Change Options" link
6. Change the checkboxes as necessary and submit.

All of those will help, but you also need to do this:

Tools

Options

Parental Control

Under MPAA Ratings select the line for Adult or NC-17 . Do not allow either of the lines that say Not Rated to be selected. This will prevent your NR (alot of the older ones) movies from being shown.
