Just an update. I added pics of new popcorn popper and some new screenshots of the new panny 300. Click thru the "select pictures" section located on the lower left of HOME PAGE.

The popcorn popper we got off Ebay. The premixed packages are from a restuarant supply and cost 50 cents each (bought by the case) and are enough for 4 servings. The taste is exactly like what we buy at the movies- perfect!!!

We just love our projector. It was the best purchase we made for the room. We are completely satisfied!

Nice I like the curtains you have there. I went looking for some today at the mall. I was right by a Bed,Bath and Beyond and didn't think of going there. Thanks for the reminder. Very nice HT all the way around.

Don the room is about 14' x 20'. With equipment and materials we came in around $7500 to completely remodel the room. Everything was done by us including the speakers/stands. Didn't lay the carpet though....

Who knows what it would of cost if we had paid for it to be done. I wish I had a camera with a wider angle lense that would do better justice.

    Ron,

He is using a Panny 300.
    I assume he means a Panasonic PT-AE300.

Glenise yes it is a DIY screen, sorta. I took a used Da-lite and cut it to size and built a frame for it.

it is manufactured by Star. We use the 6oz Mega Pop premix packs for popcorn that is identical in taste to the theaters we go to.
