Universal, please release your 1978 movie "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" (with Peter Frampton and the Bee Gees) onto DVD. I love the music and comedy in this movie. Many Beatles fans detest this movie, but it is a great reflection of the 1970's era in which it was made. You released Xanadu, so please consider releasing this funny spectacle. It would sound great in 5.1, and the crowd scene at the end would look good in widescreen.
(This is not a joke post - some of us really want this movie on DVD.)

So bad, it was great! I remember this was the only way for me to see one of my favorite bands on film (before the video-era) - the great AEROSMITH. In all of their glory; nasty and tough; before they cleaned themselves up and became the most boring act in the world.
I would buy one of these in a second!

I'd buy one in a second. I have a feeling it's the ever-pesky "music rights" issue that's holding this one back.
