It's still out there (I just saved $20.75 off a $207.50 order), but you may have to select the three DVD's from a particular list, or wait at least 72 hours to be enrolled in the program.
when this first started there was supposed to be a code to activate the 10% deal but as soon as i put 3 dvds in cart and went to the order process i got the discount right away.
It works but only if I choose the HD DVD from the list Steve posted. Regardless. Cheap HD DVD = good. I don't have a player yet though (I'm still waiting for BD supposed superiority to come to fruition, really. Also I don't want to buy any Toshiba or Toshiba-based optical player anymore).
Slightly off topic:
Ray is a very long movie, how would that translates to HD DVD? Is the 30 Gb capacity enough for that?
