universal DVD player recommendations? (1 Viewer)

Any recommendations for a UDVD player in the under $2K CND(about 1.5KUS) that will play both SACD and DVD-A?

I strongly prefer something that is not made in S.E. Asia or Mexico. Prefer European, U.S. or Canadian made.

So far I've had my heart set on the Arcam dv89 but it doesn't do sacd:frowning:

anyways, Wayde, you can look here but if you want to pay for US, Canadian or European factory workers, you'll need to raise your budget a bit.

Thanks I'll take a look. I use enough stuff assembled in Export Processing Zones in Indonesia and Mexico, I'd prefer not my audio gear too. Much of it already is I'm afraid.
