Woody was always one of my favorites too.

Wheres "Under the Counter Spy" w/ The Bat????

Best Woody cartoon ever.

Can anyone tell me please how many Woody Woodpecker cartoons there were? I.E is this set the complete lot or will a second set be needed to complete the cartoons.

By the way, another vote here for what (as everyone is saying) is a terrific year for animation on DVD.

I don't know the exact# but I believe this set covers the Woody's from 1940-till around 55-56. They made Woody Woodpecker theatrical cartoons until around 72-73 so at least one more set would be needed maybe two if they continue to include the other Walter Lantz/Universal cartoons. There are alot of Chilly Williy's missing.
