Hey Guys I have a slight problem. My son was playing with a Tonka Truck in the living room and had a collision with the Toshiba TP55h60. Right smack in the middle of the front where the projectors are. Now I have a converegence problem down in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I can see where the red and blue are really separated. I ran through the standard convergence last night but the problem remains. I was wondering 3 things.
1. Is there anything else I could do myself?
2. Should I have a repair person come and fix it?
3. If I was to have it ISF calibrated would that be something that they would fix in the process of the calibration?
I thought one time I was able to get into the service menu on it but I can't remember how I did it or what was available.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
