Ugh. Font help please. (1 Viewer)

Well, I have four or five fonts that I need to find. I used to have them under Office 2000. Now that I have reformated and installed office XP, I do not have them. Of course, those fonts could have come from anywhere I suppose - not just Office 2000.

I have pictures of the fonts saved as GIF images.

I have done many searches for these fonts online but I have come up empty. I thought I once read of a site that would allow you to submit an image for it to scan and come up with a font. Does anyone know anything about this?

One of them looks like BLOOD dripping down from each letter - it has two drops of blood coming from each letter.

Another one looks like 70's bellbottoms - each letter has a "groovy" look and bulges at the bottom.

One is Bellbottom, the other is Postcrypt.
I'll let you figure out which is which.

Thanks for the help Jon. Bellbottom was right on the money. Of course I searched that title and did not turn up anything on any of the search engines I originally tried. Felt like I was searching for a needle in a haystack. I have it now though.

The PostCrypt is very close. However, the "blood" is actually dripping away from the letters of the font I need. Meaning there are two separate drops under each letter that are no longer attached to the letter.

I will get som pictures up later today.

I really do appreciate the help and I am amazed you were able to come up with those with just a description.

Marianne, so far I have only been able to find "Creeper" on one site and it was identical to "Postcrypt" above.

Ahh. Ok. Marriane, you got me on the right track. It was called Creepy. So now I have two of the four.

Great! Now only two more to go.

The last one goes by like a million names. Try "Eraser Dust" or "Chalkboard" or "Chalk Dust" or "Chalk", etc, etc.
