Word is that the Two Towers will be showing at this outstanding theater. Is anyone interested in getting together for a viewing?

I might be Robert, let me know when and what time and I will see. I have a buddy who wants to see it as well and he lives in Anaheim so I have to see if he would want to make the drive.

Robert, John G. and I have been talking about this. He says the Village would even be better than seeing it at Archlight. I think we're going to get a group together for sure.

  5. I know I will see it the day it releases...perhaps I will have to see it again on saturday [IMG]

And don't forget if you want to make a good half day of it, Star Trek Nemesis is scheduled to open up at the National.

    Lewis:

Yes, the Village is just off of Wilshire, close to UCLA. The National that John mentioned is another excellent theater.

I saw Harry Potter at the Village today. Once again, a superb presentation. Brightness, black level, sound quality were all topnotch.

Yeah! This would make it easy to catch the first show of Nemesis at the National and then have a late lunch. Just have to make sure I bring my free pass with me from the extended edition DVD set--which I watched the other night into the wee hours. Pretty awesome. Can't wait for TT.

    Juan,
No, the Village is Mann's Village.

Anyone else up for the 2:45pm TT screening on the 20th in the awesome Village Theatre?

Saw Two Towers last Sat. Awesome! Will be seeing it a few more times. This Sat. at the Village, 2:45 I am there (unless of course the wife plans something unexpected like). Can't wait to see it again. Just awesome.
