Are either of the following short film documentaries on DVD:

    Precious Memories (1986, Chuck Workman)

An 8-minute montage of American films from Citizen Kane to E.T. with all our favourites inbetween, each clip lasting 1 second with the soundtrack from a certain film underscoring the images, ie Psycho over the horror/suspense segment. Workman now creates the montages for the Academy Awards ceremony.

Powers of Ten (1977, Charles & Ray Eames)

People sit having a picnic; we then view the scene from a meter above and then every 10 seconds we recede by powers of ten until we view the Earth from space and then leave the Solar System, etc. We then return to Earth and start to zoom in on the man, until we see a proton in an atom in the man's hand.

Any recommendations of other great short documentaries would be most appreciated.
