Hi,

I have Directv w/ a triple lnb dish with one cable run entering my house directly to my Zenith hd-520 receiver. I would like to use a separate RCA receiver in the same room as the Zenith receiver to feed my Tivo standard definition programing. What do you recommend using to split the signal in my living room? I'm pretty sure that my dish already has a multi-switch built in. Do I need to run another cable from the dish to my living room?

Thanks

Yes.
I don't think you can split 1 line and run 2 receivers from it. You can split the output of the receiver if you like, but that isn't what you need to run the Tivo.
