There isn't a fourth season of the 1980s Twilight Zone.

TVShowsonDVD.com has announced a delay in the Season 2/3 set. I was actually excited for a delay since it was scheduled to come out on the same day as the Season 2 Definitive Edition and that would break my bank a lot!

So I was excited until I read the new release date: 6/28, the same day as Season 3 Definitive Edition. (And on a side note, the retail price for Season 3 DE is the higher $120, compared to the lower $100 for Season 2. I wonder what we will get for the extra $20? But that discussion is for another thread.)
