It says for one thing (besides Return to Eden) that the Cheers all-in-one is being redone again; will this one have the discs stacked on mini-spindles, as was done w/The Untouchables, Hogan's Heroes, and The Streets of San Francisco, among others?
Are these mini-spindles similar to the ones in the Mary Tyler Moore complete series set ?

ie. Each mini-spindle holding two discs stacked.

I think that's it (except that the ones I'm speaking of had three discs on most of them).

12 releases this week? Sigh. Remember the good old days when tvshowsondvd.com would sometimes report on 12 releases a day? And you could always count on several releases of the "classic" vintage. I am very, very grateful that Gord and Dave are still doing this, but times have surely changed.
Honestly 12 releases a week sounds like a lot to me, in this day and age.

What a disappointment to see the complete Cheers simply reissued on DVD. The show is complete on Netflix and looks terrific in HD.

Nice to see Tom and Jerry - Golden Collection: Volume 1. Thought I missed my chance at that one and bought a DVD version instead a few weeks ago.

Isn't that always how it goes? lol

While they just sit on the HD masters they've had for years with no Blu-ray. I guess they assume that if the other catalog shows they released, which were already proven sellers on DVD, didn't sell on Blu-ray, then this won't either.

With every week that goes by, I become more and more worried that Warner Archive is not going to release Mayberry RFD seasons 2 and 3. Thats sad. Get those and Id have everything Andy(such as it is), Everything Gomer(Such as it is) and everything Mayberry

It may have to do with some of the songs heard on these two seasons.
