My copies of OUR MISS BROOKS Season 1, Volumes 1 & 2 arrived yesterday. I didn’t have time to go through each episode but I scanned the first few discs. The episodes all appear to be remastered with the exception of some of the end credits. Running time is approximately 23 minutes and some seconds for each episode on the ones I scanned.

The only trouble with these is that you may have trouble playing them on certain DVD players. In an old one I have (Panasonic), one of the discs froze and got pixelated. I never have a problem playing other discs in this player. I tried it in a newer Sony model and it played smoothly over the same problem area. No scratches on the disc so I can only guess it has something to do with the way they were produced.

All-in-all, the episodes look great and are probably as complete as we’ll ever see them.

Are all 38 episodes included or is the set missing "Public Property On Parade," which is the only first season show NOT in the current syndication package?

Thanks for the information, how many discs total, how many episodes per disc? Also, are they single layer or dual layer?

3 discs per volume with 6-7 episodes per disc. Dual-layer.
I have watched a couple of episodes so far and the remastering is excellent. Hopefully, they continue with Season 2 by early next year.

I'd be down for some Trapper John, M.D. on DVD. Good thing I invested in a bunch of 16mm prints years ago. You could get them for a song then.
