I just bought this DVD yesterday and watched it today. During Ch. 20 (about 1hr 18min mark) during the scene where Clarence is talking to the guy at the hot dog stand about the Elvis article, the audio drops out (DTS) and the picture freezes several times with pixelization throughout. This happens a few times (maybe 4 or 5) during the scene. The rest of the movie is fine.
My player is a Panasonic RP91k. I tried cleaning the DVD with no improvement. Has anyone else had this problem? Just wondering. It'll be going back to BestBuy for a replacement regardless.

I just watched it tonight in dts with no problems. Might be a defective disc that you got.

Just watched it yesterday and saw a strange whiteout effect on the bottom 20% of the screen which only lasted a few seconds and then went away. Same time chapter though.
    Using a Toshiba SD5700.

I've watched it 4 times, always with the DTS track. No dropout here. Probably just a bad apple, and you should have no problems exchanging it.
