trouble opening internet explorer (1 Viewer)

Lately when I click ie's shortcut on the desktop it takes forever to open. Like I mean a good 15 seconds or so. It seems like it's taking longer to every time I open it. Doesnt seem to matter how many or what programs are running. It does it even if nothing else is running. Has anyone got an idea what the problem is?

After u've resolved any issues with ur ISP (which often is the culprit),try and delete ur temp files in Internet tools and see if that helps. Get Spybot or Adaware and see if there r any spyware running in the background.

I went ahead and deleted temp files. That seems to have done the trick. Been a long time since I did, cant remember las time. Thanks.
