This speaker has a hi, mid, and lo terminal and wondering what you all recommend for triwiring in terms of cable brands and where to purchase at a reasonable cost. Thanks

Tri-wiring the speaker would offer no improvement. The C/L/R 3000 uses an internally powered woofer section. When feeding it a speaker level signal it converts it to line level before feeding the amplifier.

I would remove the jumpers between the mids and lows and feed the low level RCA input a "full range" center channel preout signal if possible.

    sammy,

i'm not sure if the (in my opinion, vanishing) returns you'll see from tri-wiring would warrant the expense. although, depending on the wire you use, it wouldn't really cost all that much.

i've bi-wired mine and can't really say if there's any audible improvement; i'm in the "even-if-it's-not-any-better-it-certainly-can't-be-worse" school of tweaking.

anyway. best way to go is try it for yourself and see (hear) what you think.
