Has anyone built the kit 281 with the transmission line box? I've been thinking about building a pair of TL's but they seen rather difficult to design. The design that Adire gives looks pretty good, wondered if anybody has done this before. I also don't see too many threads about transmission lines, does anybody have any experience with them?

DIY Cable is selling a TL Kit 281 in completed form:

I ran across the Web site of somebody that was building or had built TL 281's but I can't find the link anywhere now.
I have ordered three Kit 281's and and two Kit 81's myself and I am probably going to build ported 281's for the left and right main channels. I have been toying around with the TL idea though for the mains.

No experience with the 281s, but I'm fairly familiar with TL design. If you have Mathcad 8 or later, I can point you to an accurate design program.
