Is it possible to have a low voltage magnetic switched leg and a regular incandescent switched leg on the same circuit?

If I understand your question properly, sure, you can do that. One switch would switch the 120v power going to the supply side of the transformer for the low voltage lights and the second switch would switch the 120v power to the incandescent fixture.

Cool! So let me clarify my setup. I have one power line coming in to the double-gang wall box. I have one low voltage switch, and one incandescent switch. I connect the appropriate wires together (white to white to white, black to black to black..etc).

    Sound right?
