Looks pretty good on a b-movie level, with what appears to be Hong Kong style action and the presence of legendary HK movie villain Simon Yam as, er, the bad guy. Granted, all the action in the trailer could be culled from two or three action sequences for all I know, and director Phillipe Martinez' q.v. doesn't exactly scream action auteur, but nevertheless, I'll give it a rent (since I'm not likely to find it in theatres).

I might give it a try on DVD, since, like you, I'm guessing it won't have a very wide theatrical release.

I think Van Damme's drug use pretty much killed his career years ago.

I did like Derailed, and I will probably give this one a try on DVD.
