Toy Story 3 2-disc BD... audio defect?? (Nevermind!) (1 Viewer)

I know I'm late to the party with this one but I recently picked up the Toy Story films on Amazon and I just watched TS 3 for the first time (it was a blind buy). Beautiful movie but every so often, there would be an odd audio anomaly. At first, I thought it was a sound effect but it kept happening, mostly at the louder parts.


I don't know anyone else locally with a BD player on which I can test it. I'm playing my Scott Pilgrim BD right now and I don't detect any such anomaly.


Have there been any reports of audio issues on this? I did some cursory research and couldn't find anything like this. (I did find reports of other issues.)


I'm using a PS3 with the latest firmware update and I have no surround sound hooked up. I switched from the DTS 7.1 track to the 5.1 track and the problem didn't go away.

Might help if you told us what "anomaly" you hear...
