I bought the Ultimate Toy Box when it first came out and returned it due to the horrible lip sync issue with Toy Story 2. I would like to buy it again (2 years later), but wanted to know if this has been fixed yet?

Lip-sync problems are tricky because a lot of people won't notice them very much. I certainly notice a lip-sync problem on "Toy Story 2", but it's not a horrible ordeal, just troubling.

I don't believe there were any plans to fix it as there was very little in the way of complaints or quests to resolve it.

I'm usually pretty sensitive to this sort of thing and haven't noticed any problems with my copy.

I think I remember this being primarily a Pioneer player issue; specifically the 414 model. I don't have any probs with it anymore but in those early years of dvd, the 414 had lip synch issues with Austin Powers, Mission Imp, and then Toy Story.

That's weird, I actually bought the Ultimate Toy Box a while back but had to take it back because I always thought the lip sync was off...I tried it on a few different players, including my DVD-ROM drive, and it always seemed a bit off, on both films [IMG]
