We had our Panasonic Plasma delivered today, the white glove delivery guys opened the box, set it up, and guess what! Huge huge huge crack in the upper left hand side of the screen. Major bummer. Obviously, I refused delivery because of damage, but to add insult to injury, Amazon couldn't process a direct replacement. So now we have to wait for a refund, and then reorder. At least they're giving us free 2 day delivery.

And we were totally psyched to watch World Cup on this weekend on our new plasma.
