Toslink or Coax Digital Audio? (1 Viewer)

A little help/advice would be appreciated I have just purchased a very nice DAC to hook up to my DVD player and I have a choice of digital outputs Toslink and Coax Digital. I was wondering what format is best in terms of sound quality?

Just use the coax, it is not as fragile. It takes super human hearing to detect any differences between the 2 kinds of digital connections, IMO.
