    Anybody knows where to buy service manuals for Toshiba Rear Projection TV's? My model is TW50HX81.

    For the 50H81 and the 50HX81, which are 2002 models, the service manuals have been linked at the Home Theater Spot.

    I don't what the differences are between the H81 and HX81 series, but I do have the H81 service manuals available for download at my website.

    To Gregg,Rick, John and Chris:

    Thank you all. I got the 50H81 from the keohi website. It is the same as the 50HX81.

    For starters, I did the 56-pt convergence, basically to correct minor flaws in geometry, especially the edges. To the naked eye, the geometry is almost perfect now.

    The colors look ok, but of course I will never know what is perfect until I reference it with an established standard

    When I get more adventurous, I will do the other things. I am just waiting for my Video Essentials to arrive.

    I plan to plot the grid convergence template next week using our plotter at the office.
