Toshiba RPTV warranty service....

    My brother-in-law's 40 in. 16x9 RPTV whacked-out on him Sunday. Nine days before the warranty ends. The convergence is completely gone, and each R-G-B image seems to have a life of its own. They waiver separately.

    He called Magnolia, the place where he purchased it, and got the run around when asking for a service center. I'm not sure if he was able to contact anyone at Toshiba. Is there a service center or someone specific he can contact? BTW, he lives in Redmond, Wash.

    He needs to call Toshiba quickly. Nine days before the warranty ends means it's still under warranty. Let us know what happens.
