My brother-in-law's 40 in. 16x9 RPTV whacked-out on him Sunday. Nine days before the warranty ends. The convergence is completely gone, and each R-G-B image seems to have a life of its own. They waiver separately. He called Magnolia, the place where he purchased it, and got the run around when asking for a service center. I'm not sure if he was able to contact anyone at Toshiba. Is there a service center or someone specific he can contact? BTW, he lives in Redmond, Wash.
