Toshiba D-R2 - DVD Recorder (1 Viewer)

Considering purchasing a DVD Recorder. Any input on the Toshiba D-R2 DVD Recorder would be greatly appreciated.

I'd look for a recorder with a hard drive. You can record multiple shows, then edit out the commercials when you record to DVD.
Just a thought.

I just got my eyes on the Toshiba RD-XS32 which has an 80GB drive as well as dvd recorder. Don't know much about it yet, but could be something to you to. You can get it for $450-$500.
