Toshiba Customer Service (DST-3000)

    I just wanted to drop a quick note and give credit to Toshiba for excellent customer service.

    I bought a DST-3000 receiver installed it, it worked great the first day and then that night received an update and would no longer function properly. I called Toshiba's service number, they gave me an address to ship it to which I did, they received it this Friday 1/4, and I received a replacement today 1/9!!

    Just out of curiosity, what issues did the update cause you?

    I just bought one about the time you did and haven't seen any issues on my box.

    Maybe I haven't looked in the right place?
