I am hoping to buy a Toshiba 65" RPTV (LCD and DLP RP do not offer better PQ for the dollars in my opinion). After looking for about 2 weeks,(and hearing every sales pitch in the world), I think the Toshiba is the best value. However, the floor model in the store has a horrible blue tint to it. I am a Remote Jedi, so I started trying to tweak the set so I could get an idea of how good the picture could be in my home. After about 1/2 hour the picture looked pretty good, but still had a bit too much blue tint. Is there something wrong, or is it a calibration issue? I am hoping somebody can give me the access codes for the service menu. Everything I have researched on this set makes me comfortable with my purchase, but the blue scares me, because everything looks like the movie Underworld! Help!!!

    It's probably a greyscale problem.

When you went thru the video menu; Was the color temperature set to high, medium or warm?
