Toshiba 34HDX82 or 34HD82 (1 Viewer)

First off, I'd like to say hello to everyone. I've been lurking in this forum for years, but rarely post.

I'm hopefully going to be getting a HDTV very soon and, due to the size of the entertainment center, I have to go with one of the Toshiba 34 inchers. I'm not really sure what the major differences are between the 34HDX82 and the 34HD82. Looking at Toshiba's website doesn't help very much, since I can't see much difference between the two. I can get the HDX82 locally for $2000 even including tax and delivery. I can also get the HD82 from the same dealer, but I haven't priced it yet. Assuming the price difference is only a couple of hundred dollars, is it worth getting the HDX?
